Our Foundational Prayer Pillars

Plowing

The Azusa Street Revival, the first and second Great Awakening, the Brownsville Revival, along with so many others, began because of a people that prayed supernatural prayers, a generation that had a heavy burden to see the lost souls inherit the kingdom of God, those that dreamed dreams and saw visions given by the Father, and prophecy after prophecy being fulfilled because of the faith that built up within them along the way. In the same manner, just as Isaac and Jacob did, we need to go back. Back to the wells that were stopped and reopen these cascades of revival to witness the waters of a holy outpouring that once existed fall unto this hungry generation in the now!

(Gen. 26:18-26, Isaiah 44:3)

Prayer

How do we expect for a mighty wave of revival to fall on this generation? It is by prayer. Coming together in unity, in like-mindedness we join in a corporate setting knowing and believing with full faith that God is going to sustain and advance these thirsty young men and women. That when we lift up an overwhelming cry unto the Father, He pleads with us and He prays with us that our faith may not fail! God desires to hear the cries of His people through united faith and agreement in prayer, how much more will we lay hold of the kingdom of heaven?

(Daniel 9:1-4, Acts 2:1-4, Luke 22:31-32)

Nazarite

Let there be a people who long to walk in holiness, that remain in constant consecration, and that desire to be set apart from this world. That we would cling tight to this vow, this nazarite vow. If we strive for revival, why are we among the dead? Arise, oh nazarites! The time has come to remain in humility, to wear sackcloth and ashes, to fast before the Lord our God in expectancy and fervency like never before. In order to have a revival fire, there has to be a sacrifice… if it costs us everything Father, we’ll give you that and more!

(Numbers 6:1-8, Luke 1:11-17)

Revival

We come with full desperation, in full humility before God our Father. There is a desire within us for God to pour out His spirit unto this generation leaving a residue of His glory. Wherever we meet jointly, the Lord is in the midst. We pray for a fresh fire, for an all consuming flame to come in like a flood unto all men and women of this generation. God is sparking the ashes of a starving people so that an uncontrollable wildfire will begin. We prophesy over this young adults cohort that it will impact the nations, that what God is doing now will carry this generation into its next wave of revival!

(2 Chronicles 7:14, Leviticus 6:12-13)
